Custom resculpted and painted Breyer Arabian Stallion.

"Nijad"

Peter Stone original "Traditional" sized (approximately 12 inches) Arabian Stallion mold. Resculpted and painted to be a seal bay gone grey.

Nostils shaved down a bit. Original neck removed with new neck sculpted. Head and neck also repositioned. Turned and lowered. Ears carved out. Entire mane and original forelocks removed and resculpted in locks alterating either side of the neck. New forelocks added. Original stallion parts removed with new stallion parts sculpted in detail. Original tail removed with new tail sculpted full, flowing, and flipped over to the side. Hooves carved out.

Painted in pastels and acrylics. Base color in goose feather. Layered in walnut, some sienna, greys, coal, and black. Dappled along the barrel and fading out. Sprayed in between each layer. Dark shading in the musculature and dark pointed legs. White socks on left hind leg and left front leg. Narrown white coronet marking. Narrow white facial streak/blaze. Black and flesh pink nose. Light antiqued chestnuts. Darkened stallion parts. Natural light hooves with umber shading and streaking on marked legs. Black and grey hoof on bare legs. Mane and tail in grey and black streaked with golden tan at the ends.

Eyes done in multiple shades of brown with highlights and low tones. Reddish brown fleshy sclera with white haze. Face glossed around the muzzle and eyes for oiled areas in Arabian halter showing.

Real Metal antiqued horseshoes on all four hooves with silver nail marks painted on. .

Painted in acrylics and sealed in a matt sealer. Inside and outside of nose, mouth, male genitial opening, and eyes glossed. Artist signature and date under hind leg.
