Custom resculpted and painted Peter Stone Appaloosa Gelding. "Cheyanne King" Peter Stone original "Traditional" sized (approximately 12 inches) ISH (Ideal Stock Horse) Stallion mold. Resculpted and painted to be a roan leopard Appaloosa gelding. Top and bottom lip sculpted for more definition to the mouth. Nose resculpted with nostrils carved out. Head and neck repositioned. Entire neck removed and resculpted and lowered for a relaxed stance. Head turned slightly. Ears carved. Entire mane and original forelock removed and resculpted in locks alterating either side of the neck. New forelocks added. Original tail removed. Tail resculpted sweeping over the hind leg. Hooves carved out. Chest muscles enhanced slightly. Male anatomy sculpted in high detail with partially exposed, relaxed male organ. Remaining stallion parts removed for gelding gender. Painted in pastels and acrylics. Base color in white. Layered in greys, sienna, umbers, and heavy black. Sprayed in between each layer. White rump and back blanket with sienna spots all over. Back near mane in darker red roan colors. Roan and heavy spotting on underside of belly. Spots all over entire body. Ghosting and shading with sharper centers on many spots. Spotted roan socks. Black and flesh colored spotted muzzle. Pinking around the eyes and muzzle. Pinking on the underparts and inner body creases. Natural light and dark striped appaloosa hooves with sienna and greying shading and streaking. Mane and tail in multiple roaning colors. Sienna, golden, and rust with white tones streaked and antiqued. Gelding area spotted with male exposed organ painted in pink and black mottled. Eyes done in multiple shades of brown with highlights and low tones. White and flesh colored sclera. White highlights. Horse wears real antiqued metal horeshoes on all four hooves with silver painted nailmark accents. Painted in acrylics and sealed in a matt sealer. Inside and outside of nose, hooves, mouth, exposed male organ, and eyes glossed. Artist signature and date under hind leg. |
