Custom resculpted and painted Peter Stone Arabian broodmare.

Peter Stone original "Traditional" sized (approximately 12 inches) Arabian Stallion mold. Resculpted and painted to be a broodmare calling out to her foal.

Head and neck repositioned. Original neck removed with new neck sculpted to turn gazing behind her. Entire mane removed and resculpted in locks alterating either side of the neck. New forelocks added. Original tail removed and new highly arched tail sculpted. Enhanced detailed sculpted mare udders swollen and engorged from nursing. Female genitalia and anal area sculpted in detail. All four hooves carved out and antiqued. Ears carved out. Nostrils carved out and detailed. Hind left hoof turned out. Mouth entirely resculpted open with sculpted tongue and bottom teeth.

Done in pastels and acylics. Deep chestnut coat with darkened shading. White stocking and sock markings on all four legs. White star marking on the face. Eyes done in multiple shades of brown with celera in antiqued flesh. Flesh antiqued inside of nose. Muzzle in black and flesh pink. Tail and mane done in multiple shades of browns and chestnut reds. Light chestnuts. Dark mare parts shaded. Natural light hooves with yellowish shading and natural streaking.

Real metal horse shoes antiqued in black for definition. Nail marks along hooves.

Painted in acrylics and sealed in a Matt sealer. Hooves, inside and outside of nose, genital crease, mouth, and eyes glossed. Artist signature and date under hind leg.
