Custom Painted "Equus Audentia" Resin Stallion.

"Cicero"

Extra Large "Traditional" sized (approximately 12 1/4 inches tall by 16.5 inches long) Resin Lipizzan Stallion "Equus Audentia" mold sculpted by Luis Mariano Aguilar Murillo. Painted to be a Dappled Grey Andalusian Stallion.

Painted in pastels and acrylics. Base color in antique white. Pastelled dapples in multiple shades of greys and sienna. Muscles shaded and accented. Sprayed in between each layer. Dark shaded genitalia and under the lower stomach. Dark streaked and layered hooves with multiple shades of walnut shading and streaking. Mane and tail in dark grey and black. Flesh coloring on the inside of the nose and inside the mouth. Barred teeth antiqued in multiple layers.

Eyes done in multiple shades of browns. Elongated pupil and highlights. Lightly antiqued chestnuts. Horseshoes done in silver then antiqued black with double row of silver nailmarks painted on.

The resin base that the horse comes with is done in pastels and acrylics. Rock layer done in brown natural shade with darker brown pasteled antiquing. Second layer of base in black.

Painted in acrylics and sealed in a matt sealer. Inside of nose, mouth, inside the male sheath, and eyes glossed. Artist signature and date under hind leg.
