"Ichabod Crane"

Handpainted, customized (OOAK) action figure repaint of the gothic, and ever-timid "Ichabod Crane" portrayed by legendary actor Johnny Depp in the Tim Burton hit The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

After recieving word that a string of murders leaving the victims....headless, young constable Crane travels to the little town of "Sleepy Hollow" to solve what turns into the curse of the Headless Horseman!

This action figure portrays Johnny Depp's legendary performance as Ichabod Crane.

Standing 6 and a half inches tall to the top of the head. This Mcfarlane figure has been given quite the make-over. As collectors well know, the Mcfarlane Ichabod Crane was very poorly painted in respect to Johnny Depp's portrayal of the character. So this Ichabod has been remodeled by Luvje0rdie Studios to now REALLY resemble Depp. Molded hair has been replaced with acrylic hair wig and styled to look more natural and alot more like Depp's. Has real cloth white shirt cuffs glued in place. Vinyl waist-coat has been removed and replaced with a cloth sewn one. Tiny collar sewn on waist-coat. Ichabod's face and hands have been repainted in a more pale ivory shade as Depp's in the movie. Collar and vest have been retouched in a cleaner white.

Pistol in hand is included and have also been repainted in silver and black. Ichabods medical tools have also been repainted and included along with his bag. Eyebrows, eyes, lips, and shadowing done in the most extreme detail to resemble Depp's Ichabod....all the way down to Johnny's famous frown lines.

Infamous horse "Gunpowder" also included in this set. An unrecognizably re-sculpted and handpainted Breyer classic model Arabian. Approximately 9 inches long. Legs, hooves, face, stomach, chest and neck completely re-sculpted out of modeling compound. Blanket, saddle, stirrups, and girth sculpted by hand out of modeling compound on the horse. Handpainted in dappled grey to match "Gunpowder" played in the film by "Golden Eye", the one-blind-eyed grey elderly stallion Depp himself adopted after the completion of the filming. Painted complete with one blind eye. Genuine pig-skin bridle glued onto the horse with reins. Star painted on forehead and all the ashy highlights and dapples added.

Figure will stand on it's own but no worries!, he comes with a hand-made wooden assembled display-stand for added stability! Has a hole in the bottom of the foot for mounting on the raised peg on this wooden display. Display is stained in a deep rich walnut color. "Gunpowder" is NOT permanantly attached to the base, so he may be postioned anywhere.
